- Targeted 3 to 4  Talent available (from same location, from Competition), initially, and understood after Interviewing them what are the Skills they carry which are different that the Hiring Manager at Rapido is looking for.

- Interviews Scheduled for the 4 Candidates from Competition. Just 1 makes through Level 2 Interview.

- The Shortlisted Candidate later on does not clear the Level 2 Interview.

- Our Team meets the Hiring Manager and check what are the Skills, they felt are missing in the Candidate. The Hiring Managers informed, they are looking for someone with expertise in both CLM and CRM Retention, and someone with experience in Automotive / Mobility Space would be preferred. We club those skills with our Understanding when we speak and Interview the Candidates from the Competitors. (as mentioned 3 lines above).

- Our Team changes the Search Criteria as per the Feedback and updated requirements. A few Candidates are found. 2 Candidates make it throught L1 Stage. 1 is from SAAS (Disney Hotstar), and other has worked for a Mobility Client (Automotive - Car Rental Client)

- The One from Automotive Domain (experience working for Car Rental Client), clears all the Interview Stages

- The Candidate joins the Client after serving 40 Days Notice Period ( A Usual Employment Termination Notice Period in India).

- We close the Position within 3 weeks of Time.
